ABOUT STILL YOURSELF
Still Yourself is part podcast, part public research project, and part invitation to look beneath performance. In each conversation, we sit with the person beneath the role to examine where strain is being absorbed, what ambition is asking them to sacrifice, and what becomes possible when the work and the person carrying it are both allowed to matter.
ABOUT THE SHOW
Still Yourself brings leaders, builders, creators, and community figures into conversations about what pressure reveals across life, work, relationships, identity, and ambition.
Each episode moves through the person, the pressure, the possibility, and the practice, asking not only what strain is changing, but what integration could make possible. This is not a show about becoming less ambitious. It is a public inquiry into whether ambition can become more honest, integrated, and human.
ABOUT THE LITT ASSESSMENT
Leadership Integrity Threshold Theory helps us understand how pressure affects a person’s ability to remain whole, aligned, and connected across life and leadership. It also gives Still Yourself a shared language for each conversation.
As we explore the person, the pressure, and the possibilities, LITT helps us notice what is holding, where strain may be forming, and what greater integration could make possible. The LITT Assessment helps people examine those patterns in their own lives.
Results describe a current pattern, not a permanent identity.
THE INTEGRATION SPECTRUM
Values, judgment, identity, relationships, and action remain meaningfully connected under pressure.
Important parts are intentionally separated to meet demand, while the separation remains conscious and reversible.
Role divisions are becoming structural, making alignment, presence, and support less reliable.
Pressure is altering judgment, values, perception, decisions, or behavior.
Internal strain is producing external consequences across health, relationships, trust, or organizational life.
ABOUT THE HOST
Sharona D. Henderson is an executive leadership advisor, organizational strategist, and creator of Leadership Integrity Threshold Theory. For more than 20 years, she has worked across leadership, nonprofit work, media, music, brand strategy, organizational development, and public communication.
Through The Nameless Group, she turns that experience into strategy, systems, tools, and advisory support for leaders and institutions. Still Yourself brings the questions beneath all of that work into public conversation: what pressure reveals, what wholeness requires, and how we continue building without extracting the humanity from ourselves or one another.
